Because various teas respond differently, it’s important to balance time and temperature. To brew tea, simply steep it in hot water. Steeping is the process of extracting the flavor and health promoting compounds used in making the tea.
For this product, begin with 64oz. filtered or bottled water. Heat water to a boil. Place two pouches into a half-gallon pitcher and steep for 3 minutes or longer according to taste. Do not overstep or tea may become bitter. Each pouch makes 32 oz of tea. Or try cold brewing your tea by placing pouches in cool water and let steep for 6-12 hours.
We recommend the following steep time and maximum temperature:
STEEP: 3 Minutes // 175℉ / 80℃
