Place the Bodum 11057-01 Travel Press on a stable flat surface.
Remove the plunger lid.
Add ground coffee (coarse ground is ideal for pressed coffee) into the press (1 tablespoon of coffee for every 3.4oz of water is ideal, but adjust to your liking- more coffee for stronger flavor, less for lighter.)
Boil hot water. Let the water sit for 1/2 a minute, then pour it into the travel press to about one inch from the top. Stir the coffee and close the spout.
Brew the coffee for four (4) minutes.
Hold the press with one hand tightly. Then press the plunger down slowly.
Serve and enjoy. (You can also add milk, sugar, or flavoring powders from The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf if desired.) Drink directly from the travel press or pour coffee into a cup. All parts are dishwasher safe.
